i thought the day was peaceful for me.who know this fucking bastard approached me for help yet give me lan jiao attitude.he wanted some milk for diabetes,which was something i'm not sure about so the only way i can help him is to get someone to help him.i told him to ask the cashier they were busy.so i went to office to find jenny or alice to help,but they're not in.then the bastard asked why so lousy no people inside,i replied him busy.fucking cunt,office doesnt mean must have people inside.he thinks that people whole day sit in office shake leg ah,bastard.then i found jenny,i asked her and she said we dont have.i told that bastard about what jenny said and he fucking dont believe me keep asking me am i sure,even said other branches do sell.fuck,40+ reaching 50 still cant fucking think,already said is other branches,since u know other branches have why still come here kpkb?he asked me why we dont have,i asked him how would i know?fucking bastard,need my help still give me attitude.nevertheless,i still hope to see him soon,tomorrow will be best.where?on the obituaries section of the straits time.cant wait to see his picture there,hoho

alan's case worse.

let's use coke for an example.2 bottles of coke is currently having offer,2 for 2dollars.there's only 1 bottle of coke left.customer wanted 2,so asked alan if there's anymore stock.alan check with supervisors and went to store to find and realised that there was no more stock already.he told customer no more stock and the demanding customer asked if he can buy 1 for half price,which is 1dollar,wtf of course he cant!then the customer angry,said dont have still put the promotion tag there.this made alan angry,he took off the tag and walked away.i can say that it is not alan's fault.sometimes we really very polite,tried hard to help customers and this is the kind of attitude they gave us,fucking inconsiderate who do not put themselves in our shoes.he even complain.


haiz,customers nowadays ah..............i see one more guai lan customer again i swear i will argue or even scold him/her.getting fired?fear not.the job needs me more than i need the job.
